HOLY SMOKE has made 9 trips to Ft. Campbell KY and 1 trip to Ft Bragg NC to feed our brave men and women fighting for our freedom. It is a great honor to welcome these brave troops home and serve them with a smile, hug and some great BBQ. Operation BBQ has fed over 9000 troops in the last 3 and a half years. Only with your support this ministry is possible.
November 2009 we had the honor to feed 900 troops at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL. In 2010 we fed 1300. These are new soldiers that were not going home to share Thanksgiving with their families and we wanted to show our support and appreciation.

Here at Holy Smoke we take Matthew 25:35 to heart. We operate our business as a non-profit and want to do our part to feed the needy with all the resources that God has blessed us with.
WELCOME TO OUR SITE! If you are new to Holy Smoke, we are not a restaurant! LOL we get ask that all the time so I just wanted to clarify. We are a group of folks that have a love of food, mainly BBQ but definitely not limited to it. We can cater from 15 to 300 banquet style with china and lenins or up to 2500 with paper goods and self serve. Cowboy Rodeo's, Bass Tournaments, Football Banquets, Wedding Receptions to a Change of Command Reception at the Home of the 101st Airborne, we can handle it. So, if it's food you need give us a call!
75 percent of our business is cooking whole meats for local Charities and helping with their fundraising. We offer a great program for schools, churches, boy scout troops and all types of non-profit organizations. We hope you enjoy our site, as you will see we love Food, Fun and Fellowship but most of all we love God. He has blessed Holy Smoke and we want to do his work and give back to the needy and hurting in our community.
